These public talks are a part of the annual Global Debate and Public Policy Challenge (GDPPC), which brings together 40 outstanding undergraduate students from across the globe to discuss digital freedom and meet with prominent experts and policymakers. The GDPPC program is supported by the Open Society Foundations and implemented by partners including the European Council on Foreign Relations, Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin, and CEU's School of Public Policy.
